DMK Group enters Dutch Food Service market with MILRAM

DMK Group, one of Europe’s largest dairy cooperatives and parent organization of Uniekaas Holland, has entered the Dutch Foodservice market with the Milram brand in white dairy. This brand has been the market leader in its home market Germany for years and Milram’s tasty products are known for their excellent price-quality ratio.

Under the Milram brand, DMK presents an extensive range that is tailored to the needs of its customers within the hospitality industry, catering and institutions. Milram products can be used as a main ingredient, part of a dish or as a seasoning for all types of dishes, from breakfast to dinner.

With the introduction of 40 items in white dairy, Milram is immediately an interesting all-round (dairy) partner for companies within Foodservice. Last year, significant investments were made in data and insights to come to the market with the right added value proposition and to provide the market with the right support to further build the category. Partly due to this professional approach with a proven brand, Milram Slagroom Lactose Free has already been nominated for a Horecava Innovation Award in the Food & Beverage category.
